Larry

Larry is the bubblegum-chomping leader and the eldest member of the Clue Club, and their headquarters is based in his parents' garage. While solving mysteries, he usually interviews suspects. Larry was voiced by David Jolliffe, who played Bernie in Room 222, and voiced additional characters in cartoons like Emergency +4, Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, Battle of the Planets, and Challenge of the GoBots.

Pepper

The next-eldest member of the Clue Club, Pepper is seventeen and usually looks for evidence with D.D., which often gets them chased by the suspects. Pepper is very protective of her younger sister, Dottie, and usually doesn't let her join in on investigations. Pepper was voiced by Patricia Stich, and Clue Club was Stich's only animated work. Stich was more of a live-action actress, appearing in Battlestar Galactica, Griff, The Rockford Files, S.W.A.T., and more.

D.D.

While we never find out what his initials stand for, we do know that D.D. is sixteen and enjoys searching for leads with Pepper. D.D. is voiced by Bob Hastings, who has starred in other cartoons and live-action roles. His voice acting career started with voicing Archie Andrews in the Archie radio show. His cartoon roles include Superboy/Young Clark Kent in The New Adventures of Superman (and several sequel animated Superman series), Henry Glopp in Jeannie, and he was also the voice actor for Commissioner Gordon in twelve Batman productions. Hastings was additionally an accomplished live-action actor who starred in General Hospital as Capt. Burt Ramsey, All in the Family as Tommy Kelsey, and Kitty Foyle as Ed Foyle.

Dottie

Dottie is thirteen years old, making her the youngest member of the Clue Club. While the other members of the club call her "Short Stuff" and "Half Pint", Dottie is a computer prodigy and often solves the case with her forensic tests and mini-computer. It's also hinted throughout the series that she created the Clue Club pager rings, but it's never officially confirmed. Dottie is voiced by Tara Talboy.

Wimper

Wimper is a talking Basset Hound, and along with Woofer, he uses his sense of smell to track down clues. He also delivers messages or evidence back to the clubhouse. Wimper is voiced by Jim MacGeorge, who, in addition to having an extensive acting career, was also an animation screenwriter. He wrote on Tom Slick, Super Chicken, George of the Jungle, and Bionic Six.

Woofer

Woofer is a talking bloodhound and is definitely the leader of the two dogs. In addition to tracking and delivery duties, Woofer thinks he's a genius crime solver and often makes baseless accusations to try to move the case forward. He is voiced by Paul Winchell, who has voiced other classic Hanna-Barbera characters, including Dick Dastardly and Gargamel.

Sheriff Bagley

Sheriff Bagley is the local law enforcement officer who usually turns to the Clue Club for help with ongoing investigations. According to the writers of the show, he is a longtime family friend of Pepper and Dottie, whose father was Bagley's deputy and was killed in the line of duty. He is voiced by John Stephenson, another classic voice actor who is known for boss characters like Dr. Benton Quest, Mr. Slate, Chief Winchley, and more.
