Exciting news, cartoon fans! The Annecy Festival recently announced that it is premiering the next original Looney Tunes short. It's called Daffy Season and the plot is described as "Daffy is ready for Duck Season, but Elmer is too immersed in his new obsession – soccer – to come hunting. Slowly the world around Daffy turns into a zombie-esque nightmare as the Tunes become obsessed with the sport."
The cartoon will premiere at the festival this June, which is around the same time as the upcoming World Cup.
