We've been making our list and checking it twice, and it turns out the MeTV Toons audience is very nice! As a reward, we're giving you an extra special gift: even more holiday cartoons! Exactly what you wanted, right? Well, your response to 'Tis the Season for Toons really impressed us with your Christmas spirit, so we decided to add in a few extra days of holiday programming to keep the cartoon Christmas party going!
Here are the holiday cartoons you can look forward to on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day:
Christmas Eve:
3P | 2C A Flintstone Christmas - Fred is chosen to play Santa for the Bedrock Children's orphanage, and he does such a good job that he is asked to step in for the real Santa, who is sick and can't deliver Christmas presents.
4P | 3C A Flintstone Family Christmas - Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm, and their kids are delayed in coming home for Christmas, when Fred and Wilma meet an abandoned child, Stoney, and decide to take him in for the holidays.
4:30P | 3:30C Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! "That's Snow Ghost" - While on a ski vacation at Wolf's End Lodge, Mystery, Inc. discovers a Yeti-like Snow Ghost.
5P | 4C The Jetsons "A Jetson Christmas Carol" - Mr. Spacely plays the role of Mr. Scrooge and the Jetsons are the Crachits. Astro swallows one of Mr. Spacely's Sprockets and becomes very sick. When Mr. Spacely shows no sympathy for the Jetsons or Astro, he is visited by three futuristic ghosts.
5:30P | 4:30C The Flintstones "Christmas Flintstone" - Fred works at Macyrock's as a mall Santa and is recruited to fill in for the real Santa.
6P | 5C A Miser Brothers' Christmas - The feuding Heat Miser and Snow Miser must work together to rescue Santa from the North Wind.
7P | 6C The Story of Santa Claus - Nicholas Claus and his wife are shipwrecked in the North Pole and are given one wish by the elves - they decide to build a toy shop and give every child in the world a toy.
8P | 7C Christmas Cartoon All-Stars - A special Christmas edition of Cartoon All-Stars.
11P | 10C Toon In With Me "Christmas Eve Chaos" - Toony goes overboard to ensure he's on Santa's nice list.
Christmas Day:
6A | 5C Captain Planet and the Planeteers "Ghost of Porkaloin Past" - Inspired by A Christmas Carol, Captain Planet and the Planeteers try to convince Hoggish Greedly to change his ways.
6:30A | 5:30C Police Academy: The Animated Series "Santa with a Badge" - Mahoney and the gang help a little girl prove her innocence in a jewel heist - and help her convince her friends that Santa Claus is real.
7A | 6C The Real Ghostbusters "Xmas Marks The Spot" - The Ghostbusters have to fill in for the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future while Egon breaks the real ghosts out of the Containment Unit.
7:30A | 6:30C Caillou's Holiday Movie - Caillou learns about holiday traditions and the importance of giving during the holiday season.
9A | 8C A Very Bugs Bunny Christmas - A cozy collection of holiday and winter-themed Looney Tunes shorts.
10A | 9C A Christmas Carol (1971) - This Academy Award-winning cartoon retells the classic Dickens story. Produced by Chuck Jones.
10:30A | 9:30C Little Rascals Christmas Special - This animated Christmas special of The Little Rascals featured two of the original Little Rascals playing the grown-ups - Darla Hood and Stymie Beard!
11A | 10C Yogi's All Star Comedy Christmas Caper - Yogi Bear and Boo Boo escape Jellystone and hide out in a department store disguised as Santa. While playing Santa, Yogi meets a little girl named Judy who needs his help believing in Christmas again.
11:30A | 10:30C A Flintstone Christmas Carol - The Bedrock Community Players put on a production of A Christmas Carol, and Fred lets his lead role of Ebenezer Scrooge go to his head and becomes a bit of a Scrooge himself!
11P | 10C Toon In With Me "TIWM'S Rockin' Christmas" - Bill and Toony host a party on Christmas morning with classic Christmas cartoons, live music, Santa and more!
