The Hair Bears have their paws full when they are ordered by Peevly to baby-sit Peter Panda, a mischievous little bear who was on its way to the St. Louis Zoo before being misplaced.

Peevly becomes a Big Brother to the animals when he installs a closed circuit television system throughout the zoo to scan any shenanigans.
