Hanna-Barbera often re-used skits and plotlines throughout their cartoons; a storyline you might have seen on The Flintstones often reappeared on The Jetsons or The Yogi Bear Show. When something worked, Hanna-Barbera was going to keep using it throughout their cartoons, and songs were no exception.

Repeating songs in Christmas specials started with A Flintstones Christmas reusing three songs from A Christmas Story, but one of the more popular examples of a recycled Hanna-Barbera song is "Comin' Up Christmas Time". 

"Comin' Up Christmas Time" first appeared in Casper's First Christmas, and then later appeared in Yogi's First Christmas. In both cartoons, the song is played while the characters deck the halls and trim the tree. Let's see how well you remember the words to this classic holiday tune.
